Can I use the sugar scrubs on my face?

Our sugar scrubs are intended for the body only. 

Are your products tested on animals?

Our products are proudly vegan and not tested on any animals!

What is the shelf-life of your scrubs?

Because our scrubs are handmade will all natural ingredients, we reccomend using the products within the first 2 months of purchase to ensure optimal results & quality.

Refunds + Exchanges

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 10 business days of the date of purchase. Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning Their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time

Please allow 2-5 days processing time for your order to ship

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Moment Beauty is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. All shipments will be shipped through USPS. Average arrival time can range between 1-7 days based on the selected shipping method with a delivery confirmation.

 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

 

Refused Packages

A $7 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

Duty Fees

As of September 2020, orders being shipped to Canada that are over $50 are subject to duty fees due to the fact that they ship from the United States.
